These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the JISTA Technology website at jista.tech and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

JISTA Technology provides technology products and services including hardware sales, software licensing, web development, app development, system development, SaaS solutions, networking infrastructure and IT support services. Specific terms for individual engagements are set out in separate service agreements or proposals.

3. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive or disruptive content
  • Scrape or copy content from the website without our written permission

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of JISTA Technology or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For custom software and digital products we develop for clients, intellectual property ownership is governed by the specific project agreement signed between JISTA and the client.

5. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing on our website is accurate. However, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are in Ghana Cedis (₵) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing for any order or project is confirmed in a written quotation.

6. Quotes and Proposals

Quotes and proposals provided by JISTA are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to proceed on the stated terms and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are set out in individual project agreements. For hardware and software products, payment is required before delivery unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in the relevant agreement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Hardware products sold by JISTA carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product listing. JISTA does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of information on this website for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JISTA Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JISTA for the relevant product or service.

11. Governing Law
